About Hauzpedia

Hauzpedia is an independent guide to EXSIM new launches in Malaysia. It is not the developer's website.

Who writes this guide

Hauzpedia is written and kept up to date by IQI Realty Sdn Bhd, a real estate agency that covers EXSIM projects across the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, the East Coast and Sabah.

How this guide is funded

We sell EXSIM projects through IQI Realty. When a buyer we help purchases a unit, IQI Realty is paid by the developer, as is usual for new launches. You don't pay us a fee for the guide or for our help.

No developer pays to be listed, ranked or reviewed here. Projects are sorted by starting price, and every project page lists what to weigh up as well as what's good.

Where our numbers come from

Prices, sizes, unit counts and completion dates come from the developer's sales materials. Each project page shows the date we last checked its prices. Prices are indicative: the developer's final price list and the SPA always prevail.

How we keep it current

We re-check prices and project details regularly and show two dates: when prices were checked, and when the page was last updated. The guide was last updated on 8 Oct 2026.

Why some details are on WhatsApp

Prices change by floor and units sell every week. Instead of posting a price list or floor plan that goes stale, we send the current version on request. We also don't publish unit numbers, parking allocation or key plans on the open web.

How we review

We don't take payment for reviews and we don't give star ratings. Because we sell these projects, we list at least three things to weigh up for every project. Read our cons as carefully as our pros.

Corrections

If something on a page looks wrong or out of date, tell us and we'll check it against the developer's latest materials.
