Bukit Jalil
Two EXSIM projects sit in Bukit Jalil. The Vividz is next to KL Wellness City, a healthcare hub anchored by KL International Hospital, and offers smaller layouts from one bedroom. The Queenswoodz is close to Pavilion Bukit Jalil and Awan Besar LRT and is built around larger layouts of three and four bedrooms. Bukit Jalil has a lot of new supply arriving by 2029 to 2030, which matters if you plan to rent out.
Kwasa Damansara
Kwasa Damansara is the township Kwasa Land, an EPF subsidiary, is building in Sungai Buloh. Layouts start at 775 sqft, so it suits buyers who want two or three bedrooms in an established Damansara address.
KL City Centre
Two EXSIM launches are in the city centre. MABA Suitez is on Jalan Hang Jebat, across the road from Merdeka 118 and about 160 m from MRT Merdeka, with completion expected in 2031.
