MABA Suitez is a two-tower EXSIM development on Jalan Hang Jebat, Kuala Lumpur, directly opposite Merdeka 118. It is a joint venture with the Malaysian Basketball Association (MABA) on the former Wisma MABA site: 914 units on 1.328 acres, split between Tower A (54 storeys, 534 units) and Tower B (50 storeys, 380 units). Groundbreaking was held on 30 November 2025, and completion is expected in 2031.
There are three layouts. Type A is a 323 sqft office suite from RM699,000. Type B is a 484 sqft 1+1 serviced apartment from RM1,131,200. Type C is a 657 sqft dual-key serviced apartment from RM1,509,200, and it is the only type that faces Merdeka 118. The land is leasehold commercial, the maintenance fee is RM0.99 psf including sinking fund, and MRT Merdeka is about 160 m away.
