Type A is the entry layout and the compact, rental-friendly option. The study adds a flexible extra room. Type B is the only two-bedroom layout across EXSIM's two Kebun Teh towers: The Asteriaz goes straight from 560 sqft to 915 sqft. Type C1 and C2 are both 915 sqft with three bedrooms and two bathrooms; the listed difference is the balcony on C1.
