Type A(M) is Type A flipped, with the same size and specification. Since the two are identical inside, the real choice is floor and facing.
Who the layout suits
- First-time buyers who want two bedrooms within walking distance of an MRT station, with a budget near the RM270,000 entry price.
- Rental investors looking for a low-ticket unit, where the second bedroom can be let or used as a home office.
- Not a fit if you need a second bathroom or more than two bedrooms. D'Evia Residences, on the same site, has 2 to 4-bedroom layouts with two bathrooms.
Hackable wall option
Both versions include a hackable wall option: an internal wall that can be removed later to change how the space is arranged. This gives some flexibility without moving to a larger unit. The wall's position and the room sizes either way are shown in the developer's plan.
How the floors are arranged
- Level 7 is the facility level, with 12 units
- Levels 8 to 27 are standard residential floors, with 24 units each
- Every floor uses only Type A and Type A(M), mirrored around a central core
- 492 units in total: 12 on Level 7 and 480 on Levels 8 to 27
Twenty-four units per typical floor is a high count, so more neighbours share each corridor and lift lobby. Ask about the lift arrangement before you pick a floor.
Views and facing
The tower has two main facings. Northeast-facing units look towards Kwasa Damansara City Centre and over the pool. Southwest-facing units look towards Subang Airport. Facing affects both the view and the price.
