The compact suite is an open studio and the lowest-priced format. The mid suite separates the sleeping area from the living space. The large band adds a second bedroom, and some of its units are dual-key. The price list and the SPA confirm each unit's type, size and facing.
How a dual-key suite works
A dual-key unit is one title split into two lockable suites behind one main door. The owner can stay in one side and let the other, or let both sides separately. At The Bedrock, dual-key options sit in the 640 to 700 sqft band. Which stacks carry the dual-key layout is shown in the key plan.
Which band for which plan
- Short-stay letting on the smallest budget: the compact suite, from RM532,400.
- Own use with some letting: the mid suite, with its separate sleeping area.
- Two income lines from one title: a dual-key suite in the 640 to 700 sqft band.
- Three or four bedrooms: no layout here has more than two bedrooms or exceeds 700 sqft. Residensi Bayu Damai in Likas has two- to four-bedroom units of 697 to 1,132 sqft.
